The new office center is designed to become the gravitational center of Bucha’s business space and a testament to the high status of its tenants.

In business, people decide everything. While it’s often said that employees make the difference, in reality, it’s the clients—voting with their money—who determine a businesses fate.

The name “Grono” embodies the idea of unity, growth, and potential. In nature, a grono refers to a dense cluster of fruits or berries that support one another on a single stem, forming a harmonious ensemble. In the context of an office center, this metaphor underscores the concept of a place where the best business minds and companies come together, united by shared values and a drive for growth and success.
