Smaragd Town is a place of comfort for those who value quality living close to nature. Located in the suburbs of Lviv, this townhouse complex features 120 modern residences along with premium infrastructure, including a swimming pool, tennis court, school, and kindergarten.

Our team developed the complete positioning and branding for Smaragd Town, crafting a visual and communication identity. We emphasized the balance between privacy and an active community, making the town stand out among contemporary residential formats.
